Thirty years after this infamous character comedian recorded his double album “The Day the Laughter Died,” which was a surprise performance for an unsuspecting audience, the stand-up returns to New York City for the holidays. This time, fans know what to expect. The Diceman may not shock like he once did, when he sold out Madison Square Garden in 1990, but might he still rhyme?
